Yes! Each passenger needs to read and sign a Complete Liability Release Waiver at the dock with the captain before boarding.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour. The captain will wait to depart but will have to return at the scheduled return time of your booking.

Yes! Children six and older are allowed.

Yes! There is a Type 1 U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket on board for each adult. There is also a throw ring on the boat. Children between the ages of 6-12 must wear USCG approved life jackets at all times while on the dock and on the vessel. The child’s parent or guardian must provide a children’s USCG approved life jacket, appropriate for the age, weight and height of the child.

Your captain is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and has been vetted and trained per U.S. Coast Guard requirements.

Yes! Gratuity is greatly appreciated as your captain works hard to ensure your enjoyment, comfort and safety. We suggest a 20% gratuity if you are pleased with the level of service they provided. Cash and Venmo are accepted.

No, but you are welcome to bring your own food and snacks. (Sorry, we do not provide plates, cups and utensils and there is no refrigeration.) We are also BYOB so bring any of your favorite beverages. Only guests 21 years of age or older may consume alcoholic beverages.

Yes! We have a Bluetooth-capable speaker system that can sync to your phone and play your choice of music.

Shoreline Tiki Tours bookings are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel you have the flexibility of rescheduling your tour to another time and day if you email us no later than 72 hours before your tour.
Shoreline Tiki Tours sail rain or shine thanks to our synthetic thatched-covered tiki roof that covers the entire bar area. However, the captain can decide at any time to cancel a trip due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. Tours cancelled by Shoreline Tiki Tours will be rescheduled to another time and day. No rescheduling for behavioral and/or alcohol-related cancellations. No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
